Program Manager, Public Outreach
The Charles Koch Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Public Outreach to connect scholarship findings from the Foundation’s grants to non-academic audiences. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with teams across the organization to connect relevant higher education findings and services to meet demand from audiences interested in academic research. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Work with a cross-functional team to develop and execute on goals • Develop an understanding of non-academic users of scholarly research • Work with team leads and program drivers, identify and monitor progress and outputs of higher education • Measure results for efficiency and customer focus and communicate those results to stakeholders and project sponsors Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of program management or relevant experience, including supervision • Excitement to advance freedom and well-being for individuals and society • Passion for higher education and an understanding of its role in society • Desire to work with a highly collaborative and energetic team • Strong attention to detail • Strong customer focus and problem solver ability • Excellent communication and coalition-building skills, proven ability to collaborate • Humility, integrity, and professionalism • Entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency EOE/M/F/D/V
